Outstanding performance and story

Narration by Davina Porter was outstanding! French, British English, German and area Scottish brogues were all done with amazing versatility. Brilliant!
This Second World War story was breathtaking in its scope, insight, intrigue, and spiritual depth.
Loved it!

Stone wick series

I am a long time fan of Michael Phillips and relative new fan of Judith Pella. Enjoy the stories build around history done in a realistic view of daily life, bringing God and His Word in real way He weaves into the lives of His people, not in the syrupy way some Christian writers do. I probably haven phrased that comment correctly but I think you catch my drift. The reader, Davina Porter does an excellent job with her accent and inflection, makes listening to this book even more enjoyable. Thank you to all who were involved in bringing this book into being.

Loved it

I loved the way real life ideals based upon Christianity were woven into the story. I liked all the twists and turns so you rarely guessed what was coming next.

loved it

great story picking up where book 1 left off. Love, faith, intrigue, it's all there and very well written. I found it a bit wordy in places, but then, I'm impatient. Give a go, you'll love it.

Loved the interweaving of rich contemplation of the challenges of living out practically Christ centered love in a marriage.

Wonderful adventure and intrigue without the maudlin that so often accompanies Christian novels where everything turns out miraculously good without suffering or struggle. Out of the brokenness of our lives the Lord brings us through and shows Himself strong Thank you for the joy of reading this story and hearing the Lord echo in my heart lessons He is teaching me.
